Ratings come from Sun Life Clients who have received services from the provider. They're collected at the time the claims are submitted. The ratings are based on individual experiences of Sun Life Clients and their family members.

Enter your address in the location field and click "Search". Then use the "Distance" filter and move the slider to the left to reduce the distance to your address and find providers nearest you.

Use the "Book now" button or select "Request an appointment" to send an appointment request to the provider.

Use the "Hours of Availability" filter and choose "Weekday early morning & evening" in the dropdown.

Use the "Minimum Rating" filter to select 5 Stars to see the top-rated providers in your area.

Use the "Visit Type" filter and tick the box next to "Virtual visits" to see providers who offer virtual visits. A provider who offers virtual care will display the "Virtual Visits" icon on their profile.

Use the "Provider Language" filter to find a provider that speaks your language.

Use the "Instant Booking" filter to display the providers that offer booking directly through Lumino Health.

Available appointment times are only displayed for providers that offer instant booking so use the "Instant Booking" filter to see available appointment times in your area.

After making your search, click on Filter & sort and check the box for Online booking.
