Summary

NEW VIRTUAL CARE-Need to talk? Please call. Lynda combines a Mindfulness orientation with a broad range of clinical skills in psychotherapy with adults, couples, children and families. Each person and circumstance is unique. Psychotherapy is a process for understanding and meeting individual needs; for releasing the past, broadening the future and realizing the power and potential of each present moment. Together we can explore how the mind can contribute to suffering - and can also be the way into peace, a sense of possibility, and into taking joy in our wondrous, multi-faceted Life.
