I have been going to Stride Physio and Wellness for quite some time and highly recommend Priska and her team. Initially I had seen Priska for my TMJ issues which are now fully resolved after treatment I received. Now my focus is to attend fascial stretch therapy. More recently I had some issues with my shoulder mobility - again, with support from Priska this has hugely improved! I am so happy with Stride Physio!
