Welcome to my profile! My name is Yana and I am a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), working in British Columbia, Canada. I enjoy learning about all things related to the assessment and treatment of different communication-effecting disorders/injuries (e.g., speech delay, ADHD, Autism, Aphasia, swallowing, brain injuries, and more!). I thus consider myself an advocate for neuro-divergent (i.e., anyone identifying differently based on neuro-chemical imbalances) people and voices, and am personally interested in spreading the word about the forever evolving community!
