Description
Since starting work as an SLP in 2012, my goal has been to support children on their communication journey so that they may thrive in all areas of their life. I am particularly drawn to working with children since I have seen the benefits of early intervention and want to give children the communication tools and skills necessary to have a fulfilling life.

In-person visit
I am stunned at how effective Jill’s visit was with our 4-year-old. He had never said an “L” sound or an “R” sound in his life. Then he spent 60 minutes with Jill. She made it so fun for him, and got down on his level. By the end of the session he was making L sounds. Then for the rest of the week he kept correcting himself, and within two weeks, he was saying both L and R correctly most of the time. It was remarkable.

Summary
We provide therapy services for toddlers, preschool aged children, and early school-aged children experiencing difficulty with speech, language, social & play skills. For your ease and convince, therapy sessions may take place in your home or in the community, such as your local library or park. Services are provided to families in Calgary. When providing therapy, we focus on using your child's interest along with evidence-based practices to help your child develop the foundational skills necessary to be an effective communicator.
