Description
As a family seeking therapy, your goal is to support your child or adolescent through a major life transition, such as loss, divorce, exploring gender identity or sexual orientation, shifts in family dynamics, or starting a new school. You want to address behavioural concerns, strengthen family relationships, and manage mental health challenges. Your aim is for your child to develop coping skills while you learn how to support them, ensuring they thrive emotionally and socially within a supportive family environment. I am a child and family therapist and I offer talk, art, and play therapy.
