Description
Anthony is a Registered Social Worker and designated Clinical Traumatologist. He's been working in the addictions and mental health field since 2007. As a Clinical Traumatologist Anthony has experience with individuals living with PTSD. Anthony also worked as an Addictions Counsellor with teenagers for several years and has facilitated both group and individual therapy aimed at addressing substance use concerns. Anthony’s approach includes:emotionally focused techniques, trauma reduction, cognitive behavioral, narrative therapy, mindfulness and aggression replacement training to address anger.
