I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and the owner and founder of Woodstar Counselling and Consulting. I created this practice to reflect my passion for people, nature, and creative expression and to help meet a growing need for mental health and counselling services. I use a variety of tools and therapeutic techniques to help you organize your thoughts and feelings and make changes in your life and relationships. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, as well as CBT, DBT, and Gottman Method Couples Counselling.
