Description
I love working with and advocating for youth and their families. I am passionate about utilizing evidence based therapy methods, while also applying an anti-oppressive practice lens and tailoring the support to fit the needs and identity of the individual and family. My approach often includes techniques from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and attachment-focused therapy. I provide both child and adolescent therapy, as well as family therapy. I also help families access supports via consultations regarding community resources.
