Description
Whether you are facing the challenges of setting boundaries, work-related or school stress or anxiety, trauma, or grief that impacts your everyday life or struggling to manage depression, I am here to support you at any stage of your life. I provide services virtually or in person. I use culturally responsive care, holistic and strength-based approaches to support children, youth, adults, and families to build on their strengths. Summary
Therapy is not just for serious mental health issues, there are many other reasons you might consider it. It’s an opportunity to talk through any concerns or issues you have in a safe environment. Therapy can help with stress and anxiety or the impact that work and life changes have on your mental health. There are no right or wrongs in therapy, just talk about what is on your mind.
