Description
I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and it is a privilege to be invited to share in a child, youth, or family’s journey toward wellness. I also believe that a successful therapeutic experience begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, both with the identified client, but also with parents/caregivers. I have taken training in Circle of Security, Play Therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Theraplay. I have also completed training in sensorimotor psychotherapy techniques, ethics and consent, non-suicidal self-injury, suicide intervention, and group therapy.
