Holistically focused Counselling and Hypnotherapy services offered in Slave Lake and virtually across Alberta. Offering support for a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, childhood issues, spirituality, and life transitions. I have special interest in working with those living in Rural, Remote, and Northern communities. I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based interventions and alternative and complimentary approaches for healing.
