Crystal Smith has been a clinical child and youth counsellor for over 6 years and is currently completing a Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto. Crystal specializes in supporting children and youth who struggle with mental health challenges and disorders at varying levels of acuity. Crystal operates from a strengths-based perspective that guides therapeutic treatment. Along with empathic intuition, Crystal utilizes her knowledge of various psychotherapies to employ an open and flexible approach to respond to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
