I provide counselling services to individuals (14+), and couples using a strengths-based, compassion-focused approach. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy (SFT) as well as mindfulness-based and somatic techniques. Areas of interest include; depression anxiety grief trauma parenting/co-parenting divorce/family conflict spirituality/religious concerns
