I have been working as a social worker for 7+ years and have extensive history working with substance addictions & all forms of mental health. I aim to create a space where you can have a real, intentional, meaningful experience. I have worked with a diverse population of people and specialize in addiction, relationship challenges, LGBT concerns and depression/anxiety. I use talk therapy as well as a host of modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI etc. I approach my work with care, compassion and a dash of humour. My counselling is collaborative and compassion centered.
