My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic and client-centred. I work through trauma-focused, feminist and anti-oppressive lenses. I like to use humour in my sessions to help lighten the mood. You’ll likely find me on a yoga mat or reading a book when I'm not working. I'm a single parent to an 11-year-old child and a 3-year-old cat.
