Valerya is a member of Reproductive Justice New Brunswick and also sits on the Board of AIDS NB. Valerie moved here from Vancouver where she was passionately involved with harm reduction approaches, low barrier health services, Housing First programs, and the narrative therapy community. Valerya completed her masters of social work from the University of Victoria in 2019.

Together, we can discover ways to address your problems and discover how you can pursue what is important to you. I use a combination of methods that can include DBT Skills, Narrative Therapy and Brief Solution Focused. My approach is always strength-based and trauma-informed. I provide a space where you feel listened to, where there is compassion, and where your strengths and wisdom are centered.
