Noa is a registered social worker supporting adults and seniors. Noa has been working as a social worker and therapist for over 20 years. She provides compassionate, empathic, non-judgemental, and both intellectually and emotionally rewarding therapy experience. Noa offers psychodynamic style therapy, with elements from compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed and narrative therapy. Noa supports her clients' own journey towards achieving mental strength, soundness, and healing, and makes sure that each client receives the right therapy for them.

We take a functional approach to supportive and preventative health care, offering various complementary health therapies including chiropractic care, contemporary medical acupuncture, naturopathy, physiotherapy and massage.
