Description
I provide mental health services to adults & youth. I utilize a variety of different evidence-based interventions as I believe everyone is unique and deserves a service tailored to their needs. I specialize in providing Brainspotting Therapy (which is a newer alternative to EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Relationships are important to me and I know the therapeutic relationship can take time. I want you to feel like I am a good fit for you. Can’t wait to chat!
