Description

I'm an Indigenous therapist operating on Treaty 4, I am from the Red River and currently reconnecting to Turtle Mountain Chippewa Indian Band. I have over seven years of experience working with addiction, mental health, and trauma in both a support and therapeutic setting. I work from a relational framework, use empathy and humour to hold space as we navigate really difficult topics, experiences and situations. I primarily focus on grief, loss, trauma, mental health disorders, and addiction. I look forward to hearing from you, and I would be honoured to support you on your healing journey!
