Description
As a Registered Social Worker - Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), my goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients with diversified needs to share their experience. Empowering them to gain support, feel heard and understood as well as walk alongside them on their healing journey. I am trained with different therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness which helps me to better tailor-made the therapy to fit your needs.
