I understand life's stressors & I applaud your courage to reach out. A registered Social Worker for over 20 years, I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. My approach is compassionate & client centered while incorporating proven strategies for success. I offer support through both online video sessions and in person sessions. Transforming Tides Counselling helps when you are struggling with anxiety and depression and don’t know where to turn, or when overwhelming emotions cause sleepless nights, spinning thoughts, trouble concentrating at work, and you find yourself irritable with your family and friends. We work with you when you have experienced loss through the death of loved ones, well loved pets, the end of relationships or jobs or health and whenever grief feels too hard to manage on your own. When conflict in your intimate relationship seems unsolvable, we are here to help with couples counselling.
