Summary

Transforming Tides Counselling helps when you are struggling with anxiety and depression and don’t know where to turn, or when overwhelming emotions cause sleepless nights, spinning thoughts, trouble concentrating at work, and you find yourself irritable with your family and friends. We work with you when you have experienced loss through the death of loved ones, well loved pets, the end of relationships or jobs or health and whenever grief feels too hard to manage on your own. When conflict in your intimate relationship seems unsolvable, we are here to help with couples counselling.
