Description
We all need help sometimes. While asking for help isn't always easy, the process of opening up can be transformative and deeply healing. Will recognizes the power that comes with openly and honestly discussing issues, identifying unique goals, and working as a team to address them in a non-judgemental and anti-oppressive environment. Will uses an authentic, genuine, and down-to-earth clinical approach to help clients address and ultimately move past issues towards more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful lives.

Transformation Counselling
Summary
Mental health exists on a continuum. At one end is what's known as mental illness, like depression, anxiety, or PTSD. At the other end is mental wellness, which people don't talk about as much: joy, satisfaction, freedom. Most counselling focuses on just reducing symptoms and getting people to the point where they can cope. At Transformation Counselling, we believe that human beings are meant for more than just coping. Wherever you are on the continuum of mental health, our counselling services can help you move closer to peak human functioning.
