Rachel has experience in delivering supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, along with crisis intervention, mindfulness, and short-term brief therapy. Rachel uses a trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approach.
