Sudha is a Registered Social Worker with a post Masters specialization in Psychiatric Social work. She has over 13 years of global experience helping clients deal with mental, emotional and physical challenges. Sudha is passionate about developing a nurturing, empathic and compassionate relationship with her clients. Using a trauma informed lens and drawing on concepts and strategies from Emotionally Focused Therapy & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Sudha helps clients make sense of their grief, chronic health issues, challenges in relationships and life transitions.
