Description

Jessica is a Registered Social Worker having achieved her bachelor’s degree in social work with distinction with a minor in psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University. 

Jessica completed her master’s degree in social work at the University of Toronto with a focus on health and mental healthcare. Prior to her academic journey to becoming a social worker/therapist, she had careers as an actor for film and television, a flight attendant, and an office manager. She is also a Reiki practitioner (not currently practicing), where she assists clients on their journeys to greater healing.

Our goal is to create a comfortable environment where individuals and families wanting better health can feel empowered and motivated to reach their goals at any stage of life.

We treat individuals of all ages and stages; however, we have a special interest in young family care and have specific training in fertility, pregnancy and pediatrics. We make it a priority to help every patient thrive and achieve greater health. Patient success is maximized through individualized care and ongoing education in a safe environment that fosters healing.
