Tracy is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of diverse counselling experience providing support to diverse client groups including children, adolescents, young adults and individuals. Her counselling style is client-centered, empathetic and compassionate.

Tracy uses a variety of treatment approaches including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Tracy is both ASIST and Safe-Talk trained. Tracy’s goal is to provide you with a validating, safe and encouraging space in counselling, as she recognizes the importance of a health
