I am a registered social worker, psychotherapist and I started Therapy Club Counselling and Psychotherapy with the hope of normalizing and modernizing therapy for youth (age 13+) and adults. There are many reasons people seek out a therapist. If you don’t know what to expect it can feel nerve-wracking or even scary. My hope is that you find a safe, supportive and comfortable environment at Therapy Club. I am passionate about finding what works for you and empowering you every step of the way.
