Description
For the last 20 years I've been working with individuals, families, and couples from all walks of life. My approach to therapy is collaborative and rooted primarily in cognitive behavioural therapy. I also integrate mindfulness into my work with clients. No matter what challenge you are facing, we will together work to understand the challenge, how it's come to be, and what changes need to be made in your thinking or in your behaviour so that you can move forward and enjoy your life more fully.

My focus is on building trust and creating a safe space for us to delve into the challenges you face. Together we will work on developing greater insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, improve your communication with others, and develop strong and healthy coping strategies so that you can face any challenge in the future with courage and confidence in yourself.
