Hi, I am a therapist and social worker, offering in-person services in Burlington and Online. I focus on relationship counselling and trauma counselling, specifically trauma that happens within relationships. These include: infidelity, abuse, childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma, narcissistic abuse and more. In our sessions together, we will create a plan to get your to where you want to be. Online and in-person counselling support available to individuals, couples, and families over the ages of 12. We provide support for relationship, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and more. Our approach to counselling involves having a conversation with you and teaching you practical skills which you can apply in your life. We use a holistic approach that involved both mind and body techniques. We also offer group therapy for narcissistic abuse recovery and grief.
