Description
I grew up extremely poor in a very rough neighbourhood of Edmonton. My Father struggled with substance misuse and as a result left my Mother to raise myself and my two siblings alone. We moved to Saskatchewan when I was a teenager and I struggled with my mental health in a rural community where counselling services weren't available. As an adult I've dealt with the grief of losing a parent, I've also overcome domestic violence, sexual assault, and postpartum depression. Now as a Wife, Mother and Counsellor I strive to provide affordable and relatable services to all.

Services are offered for individuals 6 years and up, couples, and families. We offer marriage counselling, separation counselling and co-parenting sessions.
