Description

Monica Hinrichs is a Registered Social Worker, Registered Art Therapist and a CAST Sandplay Therapy Intern with over 30 years experience in mental health practiced in community based settings. Monica is currently also active as faculty and clinical supervisor of art therapy students. 
 
Her areas of expertise include trauma and attachment informed therapies delivered to children, youth, and their families, with a focus on the use of parent-child/teen art psychotherapy and sandplay therapy.  Monica is a certified Mentalized-Based Treatment - Adolescent (MBT-A) practitioner.

Summary

The Help Hub offers therapy for children, youth and families, as well as parent coaching, case coordination, service navigation support and advocacy services. 

Services for children and youth are provided using age-appropriate, play based approaches. We are family-centered, and committed to working collaboratively and non-judgementaly with you.
