Ellice Strikwerda (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker who integrates therapeutic models in order to support clients' particular needs. Ellice cares deeply about her clients and has over seven years providing therapy services in public mental health, academic/education, and private practice settings. She supports clients with goals such as reducing stress, increasing self-compassion, and improving interpersonal dynamics. She has a particular interest in relationships (both within ourselves and with others), as well as trauma-centered approaches.
