The cornerstone of my therapeutic approach is building a genuine connection. It’s imperative for me to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space where you feel heard and valued. With dual designations as a Registered Social Worker and a Registered Psychotherapist – and an advanced diploma in child and youth work – I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our sessions. I believe each individual is unique, so I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs, drawing from a multitude of therapeutic approaches
