I am a Registered Social Worker and have experience working with individuals presenting with a variety of mental health concerns. I graduated with a Masters of Social Work degree from Laurier University and have an Honors Undergraduate Degree from Guelph University. I am passionate about helping you realize and fulfill your potential to heal.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
