Description
I’m a Registered Social Worker who is interested in supporting pre-teens, adolescents and young adults. I combine my clinical knowledge, research experience, and lived experience as a teenager with mental illness to inform my current social work practice. I am proudly the sensitive, emotional, perfectionistic, and hyperactive kid who grew up to be a therapist, and I encourage my clients to embrace these same qualities as unique strengths. I draw on elements of several therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
