Pronouns: She/Her I am passionate about journeying together with children, youth, young adults, and adults wherever they are. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and stress, in addition to challenges that arise in navigating cultural identities, transitions in life, and interpersonal relationships. I graduated from the University of Toronto with my Masters in Social Work, specializing in Health and Mental Health. I have been supporting individuals in academic settings, community-based and private mental health settings, and hospitals.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
