Thank you so much for visiting my page. I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, having received a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life who have endured various challenges and have had different expectations out of therapy. I have worked with people who needed some short-term support, long-term support and everything in between. I seek to normalize the complexity of life, encourage self-compassion, and affirm the glimmers of your strengths and resiliency that come up when talking about the past.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
