Mitch is a compassionate therapist who cares about every individual he supports. He recognizes that going to therapy can be scary and hopeful, and he welcomes all parts of the experience through a non-judgmental and curious approach. He realizes that often folks do not have a safe space to share their mental health challenges without feeling judged, minimized and not understood. Mitch values the importance of creating a safe space, and strives to create this environment so that everyone he sees feels heard & deeply cared about. The Family Enhancement Centre is a mental health agency dedicated to helping people maintain a state of wellness for themselves and their families, improve and learn new strategies for dealing with difficult times, and recover from serious setbacks and traumas in their lives. We work from a strength-based perspective, looking for solutions to help people move on from their problems. Established in August 2005 in Brampton, The Family Enhancement Centre has grown into a full-service counselling centre offering individual, couple, and family therapy with 5 locations in Southern Ontario & online.
