Hiral’s commitment to the profession has constantly motivated her to upgrade her skills and knowledge which reflects in her work. She practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative therapy to help her clients foster positive attitude and equip them with new skills and strategies to overcome the challenges. Her command over languages like English, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi allows her to reach out to the various groups of society ensuring that help is available to those in need.

The Family Enhancement Centre is a mental health agency dedicated to helping people maintain a state of wellness for themselves and their families, improve and learn new strategies for dealing with difficult times, and recover from serious setbacks and traumas in their lives. We work from a strength-based perspective, looking for solutions to help people move on from their problems.
