Vanessa provides individual therapy for general mental health concerns, including depression and anxiety, life stage transitions, stress, perfectionism and interpersonal and relationship challenges. Vanessa offers a supportive and confidential space to explore concerns with kindness, curiosity, and compassion. Vanessa's approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice. She incorporates elements of person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
