Description
Samantha works with children, youth, adults and families, including those who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, social isolation, stress management, perfectionism, adjustment to illness, body image, low self-worth, trauma, grief and loss. Samantha works with a strength-based, client-centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed lens. She helps clients build on their inner strengths to develop coping skills and resiliency. She incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Strategies to create individualized treatment plans.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
