Hi! My name is Yvette. I love working with people and learning about their unique perspectives and strengths. I enjoy providing tools and skills to collaborate with each person on their personal journey. I take a holistic approach and incorporate eco-psychology into my sessions to give a nature-integrated approach. I believe we all have innate inner wisdom but sometimes need additional tools and reflection to get us where we want to go! I provide a calm, empathetic and validating space to find clarity in the mind and body.
