Welcome! I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and I support women during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. I also support individuals going through life transitions, coping with the overwhelming sides of parenting and with emotional literacy. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make the changes you want while living in accordance with your values. I invite you to take the time to do something for yourself. I provide virtual services in Alberta and Nova Scotia and offer in-person services in Airdrie, AB.
