Hi, I'm Debbi.
To add some context to the person behind the profile, I have an easygoing style, good sense of humor and a real desire to help you get out of the struggle you currently find yourself in. With lots of experience in the treatment of eating disorders and related issues and concerns, I'm aware there is substantial suffering that comes with this disorder, and also that it can feel impossible to give up. TAP - Tech Assisted Psychotherapy

Summary

TAP is therapy that takes place over a virtual platform much like Zoom but specifically for therapy. It  meets the highest technical standards in Canada for security with privacy and confidentiality.  It may help to know that research to date has shown that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy.  
Added benefits to virtual therapy:
You have the convenience of not having to travel! There is also the option to customize your surroundings during our meetings so they are optimally comfortable for you whether it is with your favorite cozy blanket, pet or soothing aromatherapy nearby.
