I have a master's degree in family therapy and over 20 years of experience in community health. My approach is all about learning how problems develop as a way of coping and helping you find new ways of responding to your needs. We all benefit from connection, compassion and perspective. I aim to provide a space that's warm and supportive so you can take steps towards your goals. I believe empathy, humour and courage help in this process a lot.
