Summary
Using a collaborative approach, I utilize numerous therapeutic modalities depending upon clients’ needs. I have been utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to decrease and eliminate symptoms like anxiety, depression and many others. Feedback over the past 27 years that I have been using EMDR has been excellent. Some examples of traumatic or high stress events processed during therapy include sexual, emotional and physical abuse, war trauma, violence, bullying, car accidents, health traumas, stress from many sources, as well as phobias (needles, fear of flying, etc).
