Description
I am a Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Grief Recovery Specialist, passionate about helping individuals navigate their grief journey as well as supporting individuals who are neurodivergent. I work with people who have a suspected, recent, or late diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder/ADHD; have a partner/a child who has Autism Spectrum Disorder/ADHD; are grieving for various reasons (e.g., life change, chronic illness or disease, loss of a loved one); and/or want to become more comfortable with their uncomfortable emotions.
