Ruth-Ann Stewart, Owner and Clinical Director, is a seasoned counselling specialist. She has been in the helping profession for over 30 years and in private practice for over 20 years. Ruth-Ann has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients including children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families from various ethnic and economic backgrounds. She has also been an Instructor for several colleges and universities and is a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor.
